Choosing Your Perfect Diamond
Buying a perfect diamond can be quite a task. We hope we have given you the information and tools you can use to choose the diamond that matches your quality requirements and budget.
Carat, as you know, is the size of the diamond. This is the first thing you notice and it gives for example an engagement ring that singular look. The diamonds that are most valued are considered colorless, starting with the "D" color grade.
Diamond clarity refers to the presence (or absence) of flaws (inclusions) in a diamond. To obtain a diamond with no visible inclusions, select those diamonds with the grade VS2 or higher.
The cut of a diamond takes into consideration its shape as well as how effectively the stone can return light back to the eye of the viewer. Diamond cut categories include: True Hearts, Ideal Cut, Premium or Good.
